I provide individual and couples therapy for adults who want practical resources that can help them today and deeper, more meaningful change that can last a lifetime.
Some Things I Can Help You With
People come to see me for many different reasons. Some of the concerns I work with most often include:
Anxiety, worry, panic, and feeling overwhelmed
Depression, loneliness, and feeling disconnected
Relationship conflict, disconnection, and intimacy
Work stress, career questions, and work-life balance
Life transitions and questions about what comes next
Grief and loss
Family-of-origin issues and longstanding patterns
Self-esteem, identity, and personal growth
Spiritual or existential questions
Living and relating in an increasingly digital world
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong—or have a name for what you’re experiencing. We can explore that together.
Who I Work With
individual Counseling
I work with adults who want help with anxiety or depression, relationship or work problems, life transitions, or simply understanding themselves better.
Sometimes you need practical tools that can help right now. Other times the work involves slowing down enough to understand the patterns, relationships, fears, and desires underneath what’s happening.
My approach draws from ACT, relational psychodynamic therapy, and existential therapy, allowing us to work both practically and deeply.
Marriage, Couples, and Pre-Marital Counseling
I work with couples at many different stages of relationship—from couples just starting out to longtime partners who have begun to feel disconnected or stuck.
You might be struggling with communication, recurring conflict, intimacy, infidelity, or a major transition. Or you may simply feel as though you’ve been going through the motions and want to find your way back to one another.
My goal is not simply to help you communicate better, but to help you understand what happens between you and your partner to create a relationship with more room for connection, honesty, and intimacy.
My couples work is informed by the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Developmental Model for Couples.
Therapist Consultation
I also provide consultation for therapists who want a place to think more deeply about their clinical work.
Consultation can help you conceptualize difficult cases, develop your own theoretical framework, explore relational dynamics, and better understand the emotional impact of the work so you can be more present and useful to your clients.
